Return & Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy — you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

Return postage is the customer's responsibility, and we recommend using a tracked service — we can't be responsible for items lost on their way back to us. Once your return is approved, we'll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return won't be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please check your order as soon as it arrives and contact us straight away if the item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, so we can put it right. For faulty or incorrect items, we'll cover the return postage.

Non-returnable items
We can't accept returns on custom or personalised pieces, sale items, or gift cards. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, just get in touch.

Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you want is to return your original item and, once it's accepted, place a new order for the replacement.

EU 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, and in its original packaging — and you'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bear in mind it can take extra time for your bank or card provider to process and post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you still haven't seen it, contact us at contact@thirdkindjewellery.com.
