Shipping Policy

Every piece is made to order by hand, so please allow a little time before your order ships.

Processing (making) time: 5–7 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends) from when your order is placed. This is the time it takes to make your piece before it's sent.

Shipping once it's made:

• UK: Sent via Royal Mail Tracked, with Royal Mail Special Delivery available as an upgrade.
• International: Sent via Royal Mail International Tracked, with DHL Express available as a premium upgrade.

All orders are tracked, and we'll pass your tracking details on once your piece is on its way.

Processing times may occasionally change — for example during busy periods — and if your order is likely to take longer than the times above, we'll let you know.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout, as we can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address.
